Site visit and brief
Within 48 hours, our specialist visits the site. Your wishes, budget, and key decisions are recorded after precise measurements and evaluation of the utilities.
Project, quote and permits
You receive a 3D project, layout, and material selection. Once approved, we prepare a closed estimate and handle the necessary permits.
Build process
Your renovation is carried out with daily cleaning. You regularly receive photo and video reports from your personal manager who fully controls the process.
Handover and guarantee
Final cleaning, quality check and handover of a perfectly clean property ready to move in. LOE guarantee: 3 years on structure and materials, 1 year on finishes — all in the contract.

We purchase and deliver all shell materials (mortar, pipes, cables) ourselves. For finish materials (tiles, bathroom fixtures) we help you choose among our suppliers at wholesale prices.
Yes. We handle the Declaración Responsable or Licencia de Obra Mayor at the local Town Hall, plus the permits for placing the skip container for debris.
