We calculate exact deadlines after the measurement and strictly fix them in the contract before work starts. We don't work on the 'mañana' principle — if we are late, we bear financial responsibility according to the contract.
No, the price is fixed in a closed contract before work begins and does not change 'in the process'. You don't pay the full amount upfront, but in transparent stages upon completion of specific works. No surprises or hidden fees.
We take care of everything. You don't need to look for tradesmen or think about where to put construction rubbish. We order skips, clean communal areas daily and strictly observe quiet hours so you have no conflicts with neighbours.
Yes, we are an official Spanish company. You sign a legal contract, all payments go to the company's official Spanish IBAN, and you receive a Factura for every payment. No under-the-table payments.
Yes, if necessary, we provide daily photo reports, weekly video calls, representation at the Town Hall and assist with all legal matters remotely.
Under Spanish LOE law: 3 years on structure and engineering, 1 year on finishes. For new builds — an additional 10-year structural guarantee decenal (insurance). Everything is fixed in the contract.
