Complete replacement of concealed plumbing
Cheap contractors leave old pipes in the walls to offer a lower price. A year later, a pipe bursts, and the new tiles have to be destroyed. We always completely replace water supply and sewage pipes with modern European systems.

Frequently Asked Questions
It depends on the scope of the work. We calculate exact timings after the on-site measurement and fix them by contract before we start — so you know the completion date in advance.
Yes. We organise the work so the water shut-off is minimal (a few hours to change the pipes). If you only have one bathroom, we plan the work so you can shower in the evening.
We do. Debris removal is included in the quote. We place a container and clean the building's common areas daily.
No. We work with a fixed-price quote: the price is agreed before we start and does not change. If a hidden problem appears (for example, rusted pipes), we consult you before continuing. If it is not in the contract, it does not exist.
The guarantee is based on the Spanish LOE law (Ley de Ordenación de la Edificación): 3 years on elements affecting habitability and 1 year on finishes, plus the manufacturer's warranty on materials and equipment. Everything is set out in the contract.
